1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact & ticket forms: name, email address, phone number, service address, neighborhood, and a description of your technical issue.
- Portal accounts: email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). You may also sign in with Google, in which case we receive your name and email from Google.
- Communications: any messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
Information collected automatically
- Session data: when you sign in to the portal, an authentication cookie is set to keep you logged in. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information beyond a secure session token.
- Basic usage analytics: aggregated page view data via Vercel Analytics (no individual tracking, no cross-site data collection).
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide services: to schedule and complete your repair, contact you about your ticket, and follow up after service.
- Internal notifications: ticket and contact form submissions trigger a notification to our technician via Telegram. This notification contains the same information you submitted and is visible only to us.
- Portal functionality: to display your ticket history and allow you to track repair status.
- Service improvements: aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us understand which pages and services are most useful.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with the following service providers, solely to operate the site and deliver services:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting (servers located in the United States). Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth. Google Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — website hosting and deployment. Vercel Privacy Policy.
- Telegram — internal notification delivery to our technician. Messages contain ticket details you submitted. Telegram does not use this data for advertising.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use a single session cookie to authenticate portal users. This cookie is strictly necessary for the portal to function and is deleted when you sign out or your session expires. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
6. Data Retention
Ticket and contact records are retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission, to maintain an accurate service history. Portal account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your data (subject to any legal obligation to retain records).
- Export a copy of your ticket history.

California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To submit a verified consumer request, contact us at the email above.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security in our database so that each user can access only their own records. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
